The Law specifies the privileges for the retired miners, pensioners and their family members regarding free supply of coal or compensation for the heat, electrical energy and gas supply.
The document guarantees the right for a free supply of coal for the domestic needs of families of pensioners or people with disabilities who died of common illnesses (and who had the above-mentioned privilege), and also for the individuals receiving pension in connection with the loss of a breadwinner.
